Shipping policy

Most Charter Maps products are made to order. Production and packing times vary by product and current shop workload. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. When an order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with the order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
